Jonathan's formal functions as a Master of ceremonies include greeting the Bride and Bridegroom for their arrival to the wedding breakfast, and to arrange the receiving line for them to officially welcome their guests. When the wedding guests have taken their seats the master of ceremonies will formally announce the entrance of the Bride and Bridegroom to the wedding breakfast thus marking the start of the celebrations. The Toastmaster also known as a Master of Ceremonies or the M/C will say grace or if preferred, announce a nominated person to do so before the meal begins. During the wedding breakfast if there are any other additional notices to be made such as directions to a suitable smoking area etc Jonathan will announce these in a clear and confident manner as appropriate. Be it formal function or informal party the an experienced Toastmaster will add a traditional element of pomp and splendor to any occasion.
